Returns & Refund

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We can only accept an exchange on a product if the tags are intact and the product is not worn.

If you think you’ve received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact us through call or email mentioning your order id. We process refunds in the form of store credit.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your store credit as quickly as possible.
