Offer Validity
- The Double Down sale will be valid for a limited period from 14th August 2026 for approximately 15 days.
- Instinct First reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Offer Mechanism
The offer follows a Buy 1, Get 1 Free structure, where the lowest-priced product in every pair is free.
Examples:
- 1 product: No discount will be applied.
- 2 products: The higher-priced product will be billed, and the lower-priced product will be free.
- 3 products: Only the single lowest-priced product will be free.
- 4 products: The two lowest-priced products will be free.
- 5 products: The two lowest-priced products will be free.
- 6 products: The three lowest-priced products will be free.
The offer will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Product Eligibility
- The offer is applicable only to products included in The Double Down collection.
- Selected products, including new arrivals and excluded styles, will not be eligible for the promotion.
- Products purchased outside the designated sale collection will not be considered for the offer.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are not accepted on products purchased during The Double Down sale.
- Exchanges are not accepted on sale purchases.
Size Exchange Policy
- A size exchange may be permitted only if the requested size is available in stock.
- Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
- Shipping charges for size exchanges will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.
- Shipping charges will be calculated on actual costs.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders placed during the sale cannot be modified once they have been confirmed.
- Order cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.
General Terms
- The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotional code, or ongoing offer unless explicitly stated.
- Instinct First reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, technical issues, suspected misuse of the promotion, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- All decisions made by Instinct First regarding the promotion will be final.
