Returns & Exchange
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Your order number is required to facilitate this process. We will ship your replacement item within 2 business days of receiving your product return & verifying it. We can only accept an exchange on a product if the tags are intact and the product is not worn. 
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange for its return and refund. The refund will be processed within 5 business days once we receive your product. The return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer itself. The amount of refund will be credited as store credits, which can be used in your next purchase at Instinct First.
If you received a damaged product or in a bad condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange for its replacement. We will ship your replacement item within 2 business days of receiving your product return & verifying it. 
If you think you’ve received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact us through call or email mentioning your order id.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the products and process the refund. The refund will be done within 48 hours to ensure you receive your store credit as quickly as possible.
